Quality Incentive Program (QIP) Overview

The ESRD QIP is a CMS program that evaluates dialysis facility performance on quality measures and links that performance to payment.  Understanding QIP helps facility leaders and staff interpret scores, monitor risk, and support better patient outcomes.
